During this time of the year it seems like there is always people at home, there is always a gathering to attend to or just people hanging out together, am I right? its either family visiting, football games, holiday parties, etc. So I thought it was time to share another quick and delicious crowd pleasing recipe. This Spicy Pulled Chicken Nachos recipe is perfect for all the family and friend’s gatherings.
Let’s jump right into it. What are the ingredients for the Spicy Pulled Chicken?
Boneless Chicken Brest, Chicken Broth, Fire Roasted tomato sauce, TABASCO® Brand Pepper Sauce 5oz, Salt, Pepper and Cumin.
Since I wanted this recipe to have irresistible flavors, I decided to use TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 5oz. This is my go to spicy sauce, is made with just three ingredients: aged red peppers, salt and distilled vinegar. Its simple ingredients and simple processing which makes the most versatile hot sauce. It is Non-GMO, Gluten free and has zero calories! Woo Hoo! I usually get mine on my weekly visit to Walmart.

Now throw all the ingredients in the slow cooker
4 Chicken Breasts
1 cup of the Fire Roasted Tomatoes (comes in a can) I usually process it so it because a sauce.
1 cup of Chicken Stock
1/4 cup TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
Salt, Pepper, Cumin to Taste!
Set the slow cooker on high for 4 hours
Once the time is up, your house will smell delicious! Use two forks to shred the chicken, this will be super easy. The chicken will be falling apart on its own. Is your mouth watering yet?
Now the really fun part! assembling the Nachos!
Use a oven safe pan or dish. Here is my way of layering Nachos:

Repeat in this order 3x or 4x depending on how deep your pan/dish is.
Place the pan/dish in the oven on 425 degrees for 10 mins and Done!
