Even though Lean Cuisine meals are packs with lots of nutritious ingredients, I like to make quick side dishes for my family and myself. That is what I am going to share with you this Warm Brussels Sprouts Side Salad. It is the perfect side dish to this LEAN CUISINE® Marketplace Vermont White Cheddar Mac & Cheese.
To make this Warm Brussels Sprouts Side Salad you need –
Brussels Sprouts, Asparagus, Zucchini, Sweet corn, white Onion, Sunflower Seeds and Goat Cheese. Season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Cumin.
Slice the white onions, and chop the Brussels sprouts and the the zucchini.
Put all the ingredients in a pan with a little of olive oil and let it cook on medium high heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and cumin to taste.
Add the sunflower seeds…
Cook for about 10 minutes… take off the pan, add some chunks of Goat Cheese and tada! This is the end result 🙂
